Weekends book fast — especially for weddings, graduations, and holiday parties. We recommend 4–6 weeks minimum. For peak seasons (spring/fall weddings, holiday parties, graduation season), 2–3 months ahead is ideal. A reservation fee locks your date the moment your booking is confirmed.
We need approximately a 10×10 foot area with access to a standard electrical outlet. We're self-powered and work indoors and outdoors. We coordinate with your venue to find the best placement — ideally a high-traffic spot guests naturally flow through.
Yes. We serve the full Piedmont Triad and beyond — Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Burlington, Raleigh, Durham, Charlotte and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply beyond 60 miles from Greensboro. Just mention your venue when you fill out the form and we'll include it in your quote.
A deposit is required to hold your date and is applied toward your total. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event. We accept credit/debit cards, Zelle, and PayPal. After your form is submitted, we'll send your invoice and payment link within 24 hours.
